Duties include:
- Communicate with end customers, identify requirements and specifications
- Identify the project scale and plan accordingly
- System analysis and design
- Choose the technologies related to the development including programming language and framework etc.
- Organize and lead development teams
- Oversee the development and testing of the system
- Ensure system quality and organize releases
Preferred skills:
- Be able to code efficiently in one of the mainstream programming languages
- Has experience of taking part in the development of a large project
- Has experience of taking part in every phase of software development
- Be able to communicate in Japanese
